Collaboration Tools

Do you work with a partner or with a team of people on projects together?  It can be fustrating to keep track of where you or your colleagues are at with getting things done.  What tools or work flows do you use to stay on task?   Over here at the Boreal Culture Collective we started using Slack.

Familiar with it?  Right now we're using it as a dumping ground of ideas with some sort of organizationational structure.  It's pretty handy being able to upload almost anything into it, be it pictures, scripts, mp3s, links etc.
